Contact form If you submit a message via the contact page, we collect your name and email address to respond to your enquiry. This data is not used for any other purpose.

2.2 Data collected automatically

Server logs Our hosting provider (MassiveHoster) automatically records standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and is not used for profiling or marketing.

Analytics Espace uses analytics software to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, referral source). No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes. If analytics cookies are used, you will be informed via the cookie notice.

Espace contains affiliate links to third-party websites (RoomRaccoon, Cloudbeds, Sirvoy, and others). When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to that vendor's website. Espace uses /go/ redirect URLs which log the click (timestamp and destination) but do not store personally identifiable information.

Once you leave espace-hotel.com, the third-party vendor's own privacy policy applies. Espace has no control over data collected by third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any vendor website before submitting personal information.

4. Cookies

Espace uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the website (session cookies for the Joomla CMS). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set by default.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form, a functional cookie may be set to remember your session. This cookie expires when you close your browser.

You can control cookie settings via your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

5. Web fonts

Espace loads web fonts from Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net), a GDPR-compliant font delivery service operated in the European Union. Unlike Google Fonts, Bunny Fonts does not transmit your IP address to servers outside the EU. No personal data is shared with Bunny Fonts beyond what is technically necessary to serve the font files.

6. Newsletter provider

The Espace newsletter is delivered via a third-party email marketing service. Your email address is stored on that provider's servers. The provider acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement with Espace. Your email address is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than sending the Espace newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Upon unsubscription, your email address is removed from the active list within 7 days.
